Great Art Isn’t Free.

Currently, yes, this is kind of a pipe-dream.
A pipe-dream which happens to be founded by some really talented artists, so we can make everything look pretty nifty while still pipe-dreaming. We’ve gotten some listeners (yay, listeners!) but we’ve got some more growing to do.

Thank you to all who have supported us thus far! We’re finally a thing — a thing with recordings, and events, and a thing in which we were able to buy the equipment we needed, and we’ve even paid our artists. We ask for your continued support to keep making this a thing in which we can build a platform for us and the other 6.9% of Americans who identify as multiracial*. (As well as for anyone who can benefit from looking at the world from a slightly different angle than they are used to.)

We are currently looking for donors to help us with ongoing production costs. The Mixer is a resident project of abrasiveMedia, a Nashville-based 501(c)(3) organization which helps artists grow, connect, produce, and give back to their communities. All donations to this project are tax-deductible.
